Download the app and open the file. Android asks once to allow installing apps from your browser; that's normal for apps from outside the Play Store.

iPhone & iPad

Add ChatLink to your Home Screen. It then works like an app, with its own icon and notifications.

Windows says it protected your PC?

The installer is new, so Windows SmartScreen doesn't know it yet. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. You only need to do this once.
